The company’s social activities are conducted in the form of strategic initiatives: long-term programs that have potential for development and improvement. We do not accidentally call them strategic initiatives, as we believe that each program should have that potential. We do not refuse to support "unscheduled” requests, but if we have to choose, we prefer those which by their content and effect can be included into the existing scheduled programs.

In addition, we believe that the social activities of the company should lead to a maximum effect, not only in terms of money spent, but also in terms of results.
